By downloading, installing, or using the SafeKids application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
SafeKids is a parental control application that enables parents or legal guardians ("Parents") to monitor and manage their children's ("Children") device usage, including:
You must be at least 18 years old and the legal parent or guardian of the child whose device you monitor. By using SafeKids, you confirm that you have legal authority to consent to monitoring on behalf of the child.
You must create an account to access full features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as necessary.

Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payments are processed through Google Play, Apple App Store, Stripe, or PayPal. All premium plans include a 7-day free trial. Refunds are subject to the respective payment provider's policies.
Your use of SafeKids is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein, including location data, app usage data, and device information.
SafeKids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that location data will be 100% accurate. SafeKids is a supplementary tool and does not replace active parental supervision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeKids and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data, device damage, or personal injury.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
